Your “Registered To” name  is the name that you have chosen to be displayed on the top of the program’s main screen, in all the printed documents, and on the signature Pad. Once this has been registered, it cannot be changed without re-registering.

The “Serial Number” from the back of the Signature Pad. This will be the number directly below the bar code, located between the asterisk (*) marks. ALL THE LETTERS AND NUMBERS ARE REQUIRED. The case of the letters must be observed, and all O or 0 characters are to be entered as zeros. There are no spaces in this serial number.
